Return, exchange and refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we'll be happy to process a new order or refund you. You have up to 30 days to return or exchange items from comdecevis via email from the date all items were received.
If you feel that the clothing does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date of receipt of all items. You can request a return. NOTE: If you don't meet the free shipping threshold and pay shipping, the fee is non-refundable because the shipping fee was used to deliver the package.
If you receive an incorrect product that is different from the one you ordered, you must provide a photo of the incorrect product. After verification, we will send you new products for free or refund you.
Return process

Contact us (email: and describe the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If there is any quality problem, please attach photos.
2. Take compensation
We will provide compensation and our service team will provide you with detailed instructions. If you do not accept compensation or insist on returning the product for a refund, we will continue with the return process.
3. Return
We will provide a detailed return address for you to place the item in its original packaging and send it via your local post office, all returns must be in original, unworn condition. Once your returned order has been delivered, our Customer Service Center will process your refund.
4. Refund or exchange
comdecevis will regret it if your clothes get lost in transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a traceable method to ship your returns. When you send the product to us, please send us the tracking number. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process a refund or exchange according to our return conditions.

Please note:
1. We do not accept returns returned directly without notifying us via email (
2. The address on the package is not the return address. Please contact the customer service team to provide you with the correct return address.
3. Return orders without a return address authorized by customer service staff will not be refunded.

Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt must meet the following conditions:
1. Defective items arrived damaged/broken or stained.
2. The size/color of the item received is incorrect.
3. Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise that does not meet your expectations within 14 days of receipt.
If you encounter the above situation, please contact our support center as soon as possible (email: If for any reason you decide you no longer need the item. You may receive a partial refund of the cost of your merchandise by reporting it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Items beyond the 14-day warranty period.
2. Items that have been washed, worn, used or misused.

2. Returned items must be in unused condition and with original packaging. We will not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that are returned without evaluation or signal from our returns staff. Please be sure to check the status of your return with our staff first.

After receiving the product, our staff will initiate a refund after checking that it is correct, and your refund will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

cancel the order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
